The better half of Power Couple 2021, Angela Fullwood, a Tampa native, retired from the administrative staff of the Hillsborough County School Board after 35 years of employment as a Supervisor of Parent and Family Engagement. Friends and family gathered at the Bayanihan Arts and Events Center in Tampa on the 15th of September to a sit down dinner and dance with live entertainment by the sensational performers in The Beat Down Band. The program was hosted by Dr. Cherie Bethune and Dr. Tarrelle Brooks. Proclamations and well wishes were presented by political dignitaries and friends, such as Hillsborough County School Board Member, Henry 'Shake' Washington and County Commissioner Gwen Myers.
Her loving husband, Darrick Fullwood, put on the extravagant celebration and spared no expense for this grand affair. They ended the night with DeeJay TeePee on the wheels of steel. To see more, stroll the photo gallery of this fun filled event.
